Senior Water Bid Manager — Hybrid & High-Impact Proposals

AECOM is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to shape the future of our Water bids. You will manage end-to-end work winning for complex proposals valued from £5m to £20m+, collaborating with stakeholders and following our proven processes.

This role focuses on climate, water scarcity, and energy transition challenges across the Water business in the UK & Ireland. You will lead capture, positioning, and interview stages, drive win strategies, and mentor others while continuously improving bid quality
