Technical Project Manager – SharePoint / Microsoft 365

I’m looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 knowledge to join a service improvement initiative. This is a technically focused PM role, centred on improving the product, enhancing reporting and driving best practice across the SharePoint Online environment. This is not a BAU support or troubleshooting role.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service improvement initiatives across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Identify opportunities to enhance the product, user experience and overall service
• Put effective reporting and performance metrics in place
• Ensure stakeholders can access the right data and insights
• Drive improvements in governance, processes and best practices
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements
• Help shape and prioritise improvement activities and deliverables

What I’m looking for

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online (cloud)
• Experience delivering service improvement or product enhancement initiatives
• Comfortable working with reporting, data and technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Viva would be a bonus
