We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established groundworks contractor, now expanding its commercial team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured and tendered projects. With an annual turnover of approximately £80m, this business offers long-term stability and genuine career progression.
Key Responsibilities:• Maximise contract profitability across multiple projects• Prepare and manage client variation quotations• Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports• Apply value engineering principles to improve project outcomes• Manage commercial aspects of residential groundworks packages• Carry out the full range of Quantity Surveyor duties across live sites
Requirements:• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential groundworks• Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines• Value engineering experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
