The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Probate & Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deputyship Applications
- Trust Administration
Alongside advising clients on often complex and sensitive matters, you will work closely with a network of professional contacts while contributing to business development and the continued success of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
