Area Branch Manager – Growth, Strategy & Teams

Rexel UK is seeking an Area Branch Manager for the Nottingham cluster, reporting to the Regional Head of Sales. You will lead a diverse set of branches, drive growth, manage P&L and optimize stock while coaching a high-performance team.

You will build strong customer relationships, monitor performance against targets, and implement strategic plans to strengthen market position in the Midlands region. This role offers a progressive leadership path within Rexel UK.
