Mechanical Team Leader – Lead Design & Projects (Rochester)

BAE Systems in Rochester is seeking a Mechanical Team Leader to guide an engineering group in development, integration and operation of mechanical systems for defense programs. This onsite role may include relocation support.

You will provide project management oversight, chair design reviews, prepare development plans, and mentor engineers. Proficiency with CREO, TeamCenter, DOORs and JIRA is preferred, along with avionics/mechatronics experience.
