Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Act as a trusted internal adviser helping colleagues understand and resolve legal issues.
• Provide practical advice on disputes and potential disputes.
• Investigate issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with business and client teams to manage legal risk.
• Draft legal documents and coordinate with external lawyers when necessary.
• Support complaints involving the Pensions Ombudsman and Financial Ombudsman Service.
