Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for a permanent Quantity Surveyor to join a well-known family-run social housing contractor in Ongar. You will undertake all quantity surveying duties on contracts, manage financial and legal aspects, and work with the design/build team.
The role requires strong commercial awareness, knowledge of building law, and at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Tier 1 or 2 contractors. Salary £62,000–£65,000 plus company car allowance.
