Senior Credit Controls Lead – Business Banking, Hybrid

Nationwide is recruiting for a Business Banking Senior Credit Controls Specialist to strengthen the control environment and apply risk-based assurance across high-risk Business Banking processes. You will work with 1LOD and Risk & Control teams to ensure robust adherence to Credit Standards and policies.

You will develop data-led indicators and conduct evidence-based QA and control testing, identifying control gaps and driving remediation actions.
