  • Understand the client’s operational, commercial, safety and sustainability priorities
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to increase market share and revenue

  • Balance revenue growth with margin protection

Operational Delivery

  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects nationwide

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor revenue, margin, utilisation and service KPIs
  • Produce account reviews, forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Manage commercial queries, disputes and off-hire matters
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and added value

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing strategic accounts within plant hire, construction, infrastructure, civils or related sectors
  • Strong relationships within Tier 1 contractor environments
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of operational delivery and customer service within a project environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and relationship-led approach

This isn’t just another account management role. It’s an opportunity to shape a key national partnership, influence commercial strategy, and play a central role in some of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects.
