Rigging Lead, Ship Repair Operations

Navantia UK is seeking a Rigging Supervisor to lead and coordinate all rigging, lifting, vessel mooring and marine operations within the Ship Repair business. You will provide frontline leadership to rigging personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to programme and cost requirements.

The role requires a recognised rigging qualification, extensive experience in lifting operations, and strong planning and people management skills.
