Technical Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the technical delivery for three residential blocks within a major London development, coordinating design teams and ensuring information is prepared from design through to delivery. You will work closely with the wider technical and development teams to resolve issues as the scheme progresses and support the project through Gateway into construction. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to influence a large-scale scheme while leading technical activities at an early stage of the project. This role suits someone who enjoys detail and accountability within a growing technical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical delivery of three residential blocks
• Coordinate architects, consultants and specialist design teams
• Review and manage design information through Stage 3 onwards
• Collaborate with the wider technical and development teams
• Identify and resolve technical issues as the scheme progresses
• Support the project through Gateway and into construction
• Manage technical programmes and ensure timely delivery of key design information
