Field Delivery Engineer (Power Generation)- London/Surrey

Overview

As a Field Delivery Engineer for Aggreko, you will service, maintain and repair critical power equipment on customer sites, ensuring reliable operation when it matters most. You’ll work across London and the South East, responding to breakdowns and planned maintenance to keep customers’ operations running. You’ll combine hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding with high‑quality service, representing Aggreko on site. This role offers hands-on impact in diverse settings and opportunities for technical growth.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair power generation equipment on customer sites
• Respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance across London and the South East
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Complete job reports and H&S documentation accurately
• Deliver a high level of customer service while representing Aggreko on site

Key requirements

• Apprentice-trained engineer or time-served within a mechanical or electrical discipline
• Experienced in diesel engines, generators, HVAC, engines (car or HGV) or similar plant equipment
• Experienced in fault-finding across electrical and mechanical equipment
• Customer-focused, safety-led and comfortable working in a mobile role
• Holder of a full UK driving licence
