Social Content Creator

Overview

In this role you will craft and shoot world-class short-form content for leading brands. You’ll work hands-on with a cross-functional team of creatives, strategy, design and media to produce engaging videos for TikTok, Reels and other platforms. Expect to travel for shoots and brand activations while maintaining brand guidelines. You will act as a doer and maker, iterating quickly based on content performance to deliver snackable content at scale.

Responsibilities

• Generate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas aligned with client audiences
• Shoot and edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Respond rapidly to trends and publish content within tight timeframes
• Collaborate with team and clients, presenting ideas clearly
• Travel to locations for shoots and activations
• Manage a large brand asset library to inspire content
• Maintain brand guidelines while exploring creative formats
• Adopt a maker mindset, prioritising action and learning from performance
• Support high-volume, daily social content production

Key requirements

• Proven social content experience
• Passion for TikTok, Reels and short-form video creation with hands-on editing in CapCut or similar
• Ability to generate quick, trend-led ideas appealing to Gen Z and broader audiences
• Comfortable filming and presenting on camera
• Experience managing or creating content for TikTok/Instagram accounts as a portfolio
• Strong creative instincts with a maker mindset for rapid production and posting
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and travel to various locations
• High attention to brand guidelines and creative tenets
• Willingness to learn, experiment and iterate quickly
