Mobile BMS Service Engineer

Overview

In this field-based role you will service and maintain BMS systems across sites in London and the South East, diagnosing faults and carrying out occasional commissioning. You will work closely with clients, producing clear written reports and ensuring sites meet customer requirements. You will start on Trend, Tridium, Siemens or Struxureware with training provided, supporting a major building services team. This position offers travel across the M25, central London and beyond, with opportunities to learn additional systems and grow your BMS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance per service schedules and standards
• Fault find on control systems, wiring, electrical panels, GUI, and BMS controllers
• Report to Services Delivery Manager on sites needing attention and produce written completion reports
• Communicate professionally with clients and present findings clearly
• Work with Trend, Tridium, Siemens or Struxureware systems from start, with training as needed
• Travel within London and South East; learn new systems as required

Key requirements

• Field-based service experience with BMS or control systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and professional presentation
• Willingness to travel across M25 and south of England
• Ability to learn new BMS platforms with provided training
• Experience or familiarity with Trend, Tridium, Siemens or Struxureware (training available)
