Solution Architect

Overview

As a Solution Architect, you bridge client needs and platform capabilities to deploy the AI work-execution platform inside sophisticated investment firms. You lead technical discovery with clients and design integration architectures that span Java/Spring core and Python services, balancing enterprise-friendly trade-offs. This engineering-side role blends client engagement with hands-on debugging and guidance, ensuring trusted outcomes for client CTOs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to repeatable patterns for future deployments. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a tangible impact on how top-tier investors operate.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and translate requirements into integration architectures covering APIs, authentication, data flows and tenancy
• Design end-to-end solutions combining core workflow services with the platform’s AI capabilities
• Produce architecture diagrams, non-functional requirements matrices and implementation roadmaps
• Define how each client validates system working on their data, including acceptance criteria and accuracy targets
• Set governance with clients on autonomy levels, approval workflows, audits and accountability
• Advise on appropriate AI use and set expectations on limitations
• Ensure designs meet multi-tenant isolation, auditability and observability standards with AWS/CI/CD patterns
• Support pilots and production cutovers, identifying risks and mitigations (data residency, latency, model behavior)
• Contribute to technical pre-sales and PoC scoping
• Turn bespoke solutions into reusable patterns for future deployments

Key requirements

• 5+ years in software or infrastructure roles, including 3+ years in client-facing solution/enterprise architecture
• Strong grasp of REST, AWS, SaaS multi-tenancy and security fundamentals
• Hands-on familiarity with Python and/or Java, able to read APIs and debug integrations
• Experience scoping or deploying LLM-based capability with enterprise clients and measuring success
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
