The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Adullam Social Enterprise Recruitment are specialist recruiters within the housing, homelessness and support sectors, supplying temporary staff to Housing Associations, Charities and Supported Housing Providers across Cheshire and the wider North West. We recruit experienced professionals to work within supported accommodation services, homelessness services, tenancy sustainment teams and community-based support services.
We’re recruiting for a number of housing-focused positions across Congleton.
Tenancy Sustainment Officer – £13.89 per hour Support customers to maintain their tenancies through budgeting, welfare benefits advice, arrears management, tenancy reviews and homelessness prevention.
Service Coordinator (Support Worker) – £13.79 per hour Manage a caseload of customers, delivering housing-related support and helping people move towards greater independence.
Concierge – £13.45 per hour Provide a safe and welcoming environment within supported housing services through welfare checks, security and customer support.
Who will you be supporting?
Our clients are typically adults who have experienced homelessness, substance misuse, poor mental health, social isolation, or difficulties maintaining a tenancy. Many are actively working towards recovery and independence and need practical housing-related support to help them move forward.

Applicants with experience in housing, homelessness, tenancy sustainment, supported housing, floating support, welfare benefits, income recovery, or other community-based housing services will be particularly well suited to these opportunities.
