Investor Relations Associate – Private Markets

Overview

In this role, you will support the Investor Relations function across fundraising, investor communications, and client servicing for institutional investors. You’ll prepare presentations and marketing materials, manage investor inquiries, and assist with due diligence and RFP processes. You will collaborate with investment, sales, and senior leadership to maintain CRM data and contribute to capital raising initiatives. This is a hands-on, multi-stream role suited for a detail-oriented communicator who can work with senior stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investor presentations, pitchbooks, fund updates, and marketing materials
• Support RFPs, DDQs, investor queries, and due diligence processes
• Assist with fundraising preparation and investor outreach coordination
• Produce written materials for LPs and institutional investors
• Support ongoing relationship management across institutional clients
• Collaborate with investment, sales, marketing and senior leadership teams
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking and investor information
• Contribute to broader capital raising and client servicing projects

Key requirements

• Investor Relations, Fundraising, Client Service, Product, Sales Support experience
• Exposure to energy, natural capital, infrastructure, renewables, real assets or private markets
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and institutional investors
• Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams
