Betting Shop Customer Service Lead

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead the shop team, deliver top customer service and drive standards daily. You will report to the Shop Manager and help build strong customer relationships.

The role offers 35 hours per week at £13.00 per hour, with shifts across Monday to Sunday 8am–10pm depending on location. You will open or close the shop, handle bets and transactions, and work to achieve targets while maintaining high shop
