Goodwill Legacy Group seeks a Guest Services Associate to be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and safe environment for neighbors. You will handle check-ins, basic services, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure compliance with agency policies.
The role is full-time and grant-funded, with normal business hours Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30. A strong focus on customer service, documentation, and community engagement is required.
