Term-Time Sous Chef — Creative School Dining Lead

The Belvedere Academy, Liverpool, is seeking a well-qualified and enthusiastic Sous Chef to support the Catering Manager and lead the academy satellite dining area with responsibility for creative menu planning, ordering of food and non-food items, and dealing with related paperwork.

The successful candidate will deputise for the Catering Manager, supervise kitchen staff, and cook in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 days, at £17 per hour.
