Events Manager for a Brand-New Care Home

OSJCT Group is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join Melksham Gardens in Melksham, Wiltshire, as we open a brand-new 80-bed care home in 2027.

You will lead an in-house events and activities programme, manage a team of Events Assistants, build community partnerships, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality resident experience. The role requires creativity, leadership, and strong budget management, with days, evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.
