Asset Compliance Leader – Safety, Contracts & Strategy

Southern Housing is seeking a Head of Asset Compliance to lead a multidisciplinary team ensuring safe, compliant and future-ready properties. The role sits within a three-headed leadership team guiding electrical safety, water hygiene and M&E compliance across a broad housing portfolio.

You will shape policy, drive improvements, manage major contracts and budgets, and provide assurance to the Executive Team and Board. Hybrid working between Croydon/Sittingbourne offices is available.
