Asset Compliance Leader — Housing Safety & Strategy

Southern Housing is seeking a Head of Asset Compliance to lead a multidisciplinary team across electrical safety, water hygiene and domestic alarms, ensuring legislative compliance and service quality. You will influence policy, manage major contracts and budgets, and report to the Executive Team and Board.
