Senior Group Food Procurement Lead

The Ivy is seeking a Group Procurement Manager – Food to lead sourcing and procurement strategy for our iconic UK venues, including The Ivy Collection and Caprice Holdings. Based in London, you will partner with culinary teams to ensure exceptional quality while optimising cost and supply risk across multiple sites.

You will manage supplier relationships, drive category strategies, and guide the procurement function to support continued growth in the UK and international markets.
