Data Science Manager: Payments AI & Fraud

GoCardless is seeking a Data Science Manager within the Payment Intelligence team. You will partner with engineers, product managers and designers to turn ideas into production-ready models that power our global payment network.

You’ll lead a team of data scientists, own the ML lifecycle, and shape the roadmap for payment intelligence. The role uses Python, SQL, and GCP/Vertex AI with a strong focus on real‑time fraud prevention and payment optimization.
