Senior Consultant – Acute Frailty & Older Peoples Medicine

James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Great Yarmouth invites a Consultant in Older Peoples Medicine to join the Acute Frailty team. The appointee will perform rapid Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment for frail patients in the Emergency Department and contribute to inpatient care on the Older Peoples Medicine Unit.

The role also includes involvement in outpatient Frailty Assessment Clinics, contributing to service development of the OPM Service and Acute Frailty Service,
