We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master with 8-10 years of overall IT experience and substantial expertise in leading Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, driving continuous improvement, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Architects, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders to promote Agile principles, improve team effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks, along with proven success in Agile transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
