Voice Platform Product Owner – Genesys Cloud CX

HSBC is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Voice SVS in the UK. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Genesys Cloud CX voice capabilities, including IVR, routing, outbound and telephony integrations, while owning the vision, roadmap and backlog.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape platform strategy, and drive delivery across multiple teams to ensure reliable operation and measurable adoption.
