Senior Bid Manager, Water – Strategy & Complex Proposals

AECOM in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end work-winning for our Water bids, from capture to interview, with values from £5m to £20m+.

You will coordinate with multiple departments and regions to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals and drive win strategies that support climate, water security and energy transition goals.

Reporting to the Water Work Winning Lead, you will mentor others, manage timelines and ensure lessons learned lift future bids.
