Machine Learning Engineer | DefenceTech

What you’ll be doing:

• Working directly with customers to understand their problems and identify opportunities for AI
• Designing end-to-end AI solutions, from sensors through to user-facing applications
• Developing, testing and deploying robust, high-performance ML models into production
• Integrating AI into software products and resource-constrained hardware systems
• Developing new capabilities and optimising existing approaches to solve real-world problems
• Building secure, reliable and responsible AI systems, with clear documentation throughout

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in machine learning or algorithm development
• Proficiency in Python, alongside C++, Rust or Java
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
• Strong mathematical foundations and excellent problem-solving skills
• A degree from a top university
• Experience building and deploying systems that solve real-world problems
