- Coordinate switching schedules, planned shutdowns and safe systems of work.
- Manage specialist contractors, ensuring quality, compliance and effective follow-up.
- Support engineering budgets, asset management, performance KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and the wider engineering team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical engineering background, ideally electrically biased, although mechanical engineers with good electrical knowledge will be considered.

- Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams.
- Good understanding of power distribution, cooling systems and fault diagnosis.
- Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally HNC/HND or equivalent.
- AP experience is desirable, although training can be provided.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive approach and confidence dealing with clients and contractors.
The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining an established engineering operation with plenty of technical variety, real responsibility and the opportunity to develop further within a major FM contract.
Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours escalation and planned shutdown requirements.
