Job Description:
The post holder will be based with the CMHT and will work with the integrated/single line team manager to provide clinical leadership for the multi-disciplinary team. They will assist with clinical supervision, training of team members and ensure robust management plans for clinically complex patients.
The role involves collaboration with Acute Care Services and long‑term planning for section 117 aftercare, with compliance to the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010 and NHS Wales practices.
