Freelance Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer needed to oversee all site engineering duties on a large groundworks and civil engineering package for a 3 new data centres for Microsoft in Southall, West London.

Start date : Early November 2026

Duration: 18 months minimum

Well respected civil engineering and groundworks business with very strong repeat business relationships. Working on groundworks packages throughout the UK on Data Centres, Waste to Energy Projects and major Distribution buildings.

Works includes:

• Piling mats and piling, pile caps etc
• Ground beams and floor slabs
• Foundations
• Retaining walls & Substructures
• Reinforced concrete sub-structures
• External works and hard / soft landscaping

Duties:

• All site setting out
• Quality Assurance
• Technical Quiries
• As Built production
• Problem solving

Rewards

• 18 months – 36 months Freelance assignment
