Multi-Store Retail Manager: People & Customer Experience

WHSmith is recruiting a Multi-Site Store Manager to lead the performance of multiple stores across formats, including InMotion and hospitality, and to drive growth while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will develop and train store teams, manage HR processes and payroll budgets, and ensure compliance and safety. The role requires coaching, data-driven planning, and strong stakeholder relationships with landlords and partners.
