Head of Cleaning Operations & Standards

OCS UK & Ireland seeks an experienced Cleaning Operations Leader to drive specialist cleaning across multiple sites, ensuring high standards, safety and continuous improvement. You’ll lead and develop frontline teams, embed best practices and support bids and client engagements.

You will partner with account teams to optimise productivity, monitor performance, and promote sustainable cleaning solutions while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contractual commitments are met.
