Business Consultant WFM Associate Manager (ADP/WFS)

• ADP/WFS experience is a MUST.
• Functional configuration expertise of time rules, schedules, shifts, overtime, absence, leave, accruals, pay rules, or forecasting
• End-to-end system delivery experience
• Workforce management process knowledge
• Client-facing functional leadership
• Integration, testing, and data migration exposure
• Some commercial and business-development contribution
• Ability to connect WFM platforms to: Payroll, HRIS, ERP systems
