IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) — Hybrid, Cardiff

Orbis Education and Care is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Cardiff IT team on a hybrid basis. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across the organisation, owning issues end-to-end and helping users across Microsoft 365, Windows, and remote access.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with AD/Azure AD, and a track record of delivering customer-focused IT support while maintaining security and service standards.
