Site Manager, Accommodation Services – Flexible Hours & Benefits

New Appointments Group Ltd is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee our Wethersfield accommodation site. You will be the primary point of contact for staff and subcontractors, responsible for the wellbeing of residents and the site infrastructure, and ensuring Home Office requirements are met.

The role requires flexible working with at least two weekend visits per month (12-hour shifts, 25 shifts per month), driving is essential, and you will undergo DBS checks and CT clearance.
