Hybrid CDM Principal Designer – Social Housing London

Brandon James is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to oversee CDM compliance on social housing projects across London. The role involves managing risk during the design stage and coordinating with design teams while spending three days remote and two days in the social office with a large team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in CDM or H&S and experience with social housing clients. NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, with IOSH membership beneficial.
