Impactful Marketing Exec for Home Care & Case Management

Active Care Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel campaigns across our care in the home and case management divisions. You’ll create engaging content, support lead generation, and help strengthen our brand with data-driven decisions.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, own campaigns from concept to delivery, and continuously optimise based on performance insights to support growth and purpose-led goals.
