An exciting opportunity has arisen at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust to join the Digital Department as a Digital Programme Manager.
This role will lead and manage the successful implementation of Digital programmes and projects that impact the Trust, against agreed project plans to time and within constraints.
You will provide professional programme and project management to the Trust to assist departments with the delivery of applications, systems and technology solutions that realise benefits for patients and the Trust

- Lead and manage the successful implementation of IT programmes and projects that impact the Trust (typically with timescales significantly in excess of six months, affecting 1500 plus Trust staff) against agreed project plans to time and within constraints.
- Identify, build and manage large multi functional teams of both technical and non-technical staff (often consisting of 30-50 project staff) in line with Trust procedures and best practice
- Set strategy for programme delivery ensuring alignment of project deliverables with strategic goals
- Work with the ICT Clinical Implementation Manager to identify programme benefits and ensure their delivery through specific projects
- Manage the dependencies and interfaces between projects to ensure their successful delivery in line with strategic objectives
