Streetwear & Performance Apparel Designer (CAD, Mentoring)

SUCCESS TALENT in Manchester is seeking an Apparel Designer to join its design team. The role focuses on technical outdoor gear with a street-led edge, creating functional and wearable pieces for movement and weather.

You will work with Senior Designers and Heads of Design to develop seasonal collections, translating concepts into CAD designs and technical specs, while mentoring juniors and liaising with overseas factories. Travel to UK stores and production trips is included.
