Creative Support are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. You will support adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and individuals with mental health conditions.
Driving is an essential requirement for the role. You will visit service users in their own homes or other settings, providing practical and emotional support to help them live more independently while following individual support plans.
