CRM Marketing Lead – Lifecycle & Loyalty

YOURS is seeking a CRM Manager to lead planning, delivery and optimisation of customer communications across our brands from our Peterborough Head Office. You will drive engagement, retention and loyalty using segmentation, test-and-learn strategies, and targeted campaigns across email, SMS, push, website and app channels.

You will collaborate with trading and marketing teams to optimise journeys, deliver insights, and grow site traffic and sales.
