Nursing Associate – Community Care & Home Visits (PT)

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Nursing Associate to join our community nursing teams in the Watford area. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with the potential to develop new skills through the CLCH Academy.

You will deliver individualised care, work within a multidisciplinary team, travel between locations, and contribute to high-quality, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
