Daytime Community Support Worker for Social & Activities

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking an in-home support worker to assist a lady with multiple sclerosis with social activities, appointments, and personal care as needed.

Role includes enabling mobility, transport to activities, and fostering independence while maintaining a trusted one‑to‑one relationship. DBS clearance will be required and costs covered by the employer.
