Senior Care Assistant – Lead Compassionate Care & Growth

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in a full-time role (33 hours per week) to provide compassionate, person-centred care in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will lead Care Assistants, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and strive to deliver dignity, independence, and security for residents.

We value positive energy, team collaboration, and high-quality record-keeping. Training is provided, including safeguarding and ongoing qualifications.
