Compassionate Support Worker – Sleep-ins & Driver

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker for Market Drayton (TF9). The role provides 1:1 support to three adults with autism, Down’s syndrome and learning disabilities, helping them maintain independence and pursue interests. Shifts include early, late, and sleep-ins; a driver with a full UK licence is preferred.

Training is provided in a compassionate, patient team environment. Full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a competitive pay rate (£12.81/hour) plus £50 per sleep-in, and benefits
