Personal Assistant for Independent Living Flexible Shifts

Compass Independent Living is seeking a Personal Assistant/carer to cover bank shifts for a young professional gentleman in Dorset who lives with Muscular Dystrophy. The role involves providing personal care, home support, and assisting with daily activities to help him maintain independence.

You will work a mix of day and night hours (08:30–20:30 and 20:30–08:30) on a casual basis, with DBS check and right to work in the UK essential. A driving licence is essential to use the employer’s vehicle.
